We tend to assume that other people see, understand and experience the world just as we do... but it's not the case. Every one of us is genetically unique, has grown-up in different circumstances, and has experienced and interpreted life in unique ways. Being present, maintaining a relationship and being closer to our family require us to have an understanding of ourselves, the other person/s in the relationship, and the combined dynamics of the relationships we're in. Relationship Coaching can be useful in situations like: * You want to be closer, yet you're never quite on the same page * You feel frustrated, annoyed or attacked * You don't have a sense of connection or involvement * You constantly feel misunderstood or misinterpreted * Your relationship/s is superficial - there is no depth, or shared understanding to it. Together, we'll start at the beginning - with you, and then go from there!
